This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Japanese original is the binding version. If the two differ, the Japanese version prevails.
Article 1 (Scope)
These terms set out the conditions for using the services provided by Capsule Hub Inc. (“we”). Everyone who uses the services is deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Article 2 (Prohibited conduct)
When using the services, you must not do any of the following.
- Acts that breach laws or public order and morals
- Acts connected with criminal conduct
- Damaging or interfering with our servers or network
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services
- Collecting or storing personal information about other users
- Unauthorised access, or attempts at unauthorised access
- Any other act we consider inappropriate
Article 3 (Disclaimer)
We make no warranty, express or implied, that the services are free from defects in fact or in law, including as to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs or infringement of rights. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we accept no liability for any damage arising from the services.
Article 4 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office, as the court of first instance.
