CapsuleHub

Capsule toys · Japan

Serendipity,
by design.

Capsule Hub builds the parts of Japan’s capsule-toy business that usually sit with four different companies — what goes in the capsule, the machine it comes out of, how people pay for it, and what the sales data says afterwards.

Most conversations start in one of three places.

Pick whichever is closest to your situation.

If you have the space

Turn three square metres into an unstaffed store.

A corridor, a concourse, a corner of a lobby. We place the machines, keep them stocked and take them away again — without adding a till or a member of staff.

About production
If you already own machines

Cashless, without replacing what you have.

A retrofit device for the coin-operated machines already on your floor. No queue at the change machine, and no sales that go unrecorded. The mechanism is patented in Japan.

Ask about the pilot

Making, placing and measuring, under one roof.

In Japan’s capsule-toy market, planning, manufacturing, payment and analytics are usually four separate contracts with four separate companies. Nobody owns the whole picture, so nobody can say why one machine earns three times what the machine beside it earns.

We hold all four. Small-batch production through our partner network in Japan and Shenzhen. Machines we own, deliver and maintain. A patented device that makes existing coin-operated machines cashless. And the sales data that comes out of all of it.

That is also why we can take on a project that starts as a single sentence, rather than one that arrives as a finished specification.
