Capsule Dock

Turn three square metres
into an unstaffed store.

Capsule Dock is not simply a capsule-toy machine. It is a cashless machine built for venues: it takes 21 payment methods, records every sale as it happens, and arrives, gets installed and gets taken away by us.

21 ways to pay

Including the wallets that visitors from mainland China, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines already carry. For an inbound audience, this is usually the difference between a sale and a shrug.

Where it earns its space

Stadiums and arenas

Already running at professional football and basketball clubs in Japan. Gives people something to do before kick-off and between innings, and pulls traffic along the concourse.

Shopping centres

A draw for weekend events, a way to move visitors between floors, and an alternative to a stamp rally that actually produces revenue.

IP events and live shows

Venue-only merchandise for anime, games and artists, or a members-only reward for turning up.

Brand activations

A hook on an exhibition stand, a product-launch campaign, or a prize mechanic that people queue for.

Three ways to run it

Which one fits depends on where the machines go and how you want to sell. Rental can start with no upfront cost; we will quote once we know the venue, the dates and the number of machines.

Event

From a single day

For a space you have borrowed: a one-day activation, or a machine that stays for the whole run. No limit on the number of days. We can handle delivery, setup and staffing on the day.

Placement

In a space you control

For a venue, store or facility of your own. We place the machines and keep them stocked. You provide the floor space.

Purchase

Machines of your own

For operators who want to own the hardware and run it themselves, with our platform behind it.
